Project and Team Management

 

  • Planning of significant projects (30 to 200 person-days), including the participation of diversified personnel (users, managers, programmers and consultants);
  • Management of costs and schedules in politically and economically difficult environments;
  • Management of sub-contractors;
  • Leader of project teams (2 to 15 persons), including programmers and users;
  • Change management and communication, deployment and training;
  • Preparation and follow-up of quality plans.

Business Analysis

 

  • Process reviews during ERP implementations;
  • Fit-gap analysis and solution proposals, technical and functional;
  • Preparation of detailed technical specifications and follow-up of developement;
  • Technical and functionnal integration of HR processes with enterprise activities and SAP projects (accounting, purchasing, budget, maintenance);
  • Drafting and validation of test scenarios.

Strategic planning of information systems

 

  • Preparation of IS Master Plans, needs collecting, alignment of processes and information  systems.
